We are a multi award-winning bakery in Comrie, Perthshire dedicated to the world of natural sourdough. Our reconditioned World War II Nissen Hut houses a state-of-the-art oven, fired exclusively with waste wood from timber milling.
We have supplied our bread and pastries to restaurants and retailers since May 2017, as well as offering home deliveries and supplying a growing network of Community Bread Co-ops across Scotland. We also attend the monthly Perth Farmers’ Market at South Inch.
We have recently opened our first shop in our lovely home village of Comrie, offering outstanding bread and pastries, coffee and other treats to go. We will soon add sandwiches, filled focaccias and savoury pastries to our range. We would love you to pop to our shop!
