Images all end up in the same folder and so we had a naming convention that we asked everyone to follow. Unfortunately the detail about the naming convention has been lost in the transfer of the website.

In uploading images to make it easy to find the correct ones we’d asked that the following naming convention be followed.

For Open Studios Festival you were asked to load a square image for the brochure and we would ask that the image be named as follows;

Your listing title – OSF – Brochure.jpg or other allowed extension

You are able to load up to 12 other images for your listing on the website, these should be named as follows;

Your listing title – OSF – then 1 to 12 or titles.jpg or other allowed extension

For the Creative Trail it is the same except where OSF was please change this for CT. ie. Your listing title – CT – Brochure.jpg or other allowed extension

This will also hold true for the Summer Show and Festival Showcase. Please use your name and then SS or FS before the artwork title in the naming of the image file. 

There are an awful lot of images so finding which is whose without this information may take a lot of time.
